TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL

Postcon premises are all and any premises used by Postcon as a venue for its programmes during the duration of said courses.

"Student" or "Participant" is a person that has been admitted for a course, workshop, or any other Postcon programme.

Students may not attend any programme without agreeing to the present T&C and paying the relevant fees. Payment for a programme is considered as acceptance of said T&C.

Acceptance of a person as a participant is at the absolute discretion of Postcon.

Postcon reserves the right to expel or suspend from the course and/or course premises any Participant whose conduct is or may, in Postcon's absolute discretion, be injurious to the deployment of the courses, injurious to other participants, and/or where such expulsion is in the interests of other students. Any student so expelled will immediately cease to be a student of Postcon and will not be entitled to any refund.

Students are required to give notice to Postcon of any change of home address, email address or contact phone number. Failing such notice, all communication will be assumed as received by the student within five days of email sent or mailing to the last given address.

All educational, intellectual, and design materials, including but not limited to course descriptions, timetables, course structures and/or logos, produced by Postcon and which are made available to Students at Postcon's programmes, venues, websites or printed material, will at all times remain the property of Postcon and will be subject to Postcon's copyright.

Postcon ® is a registered trade mark.

Deposit payments for programmes in any amount are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If a programme is paid for and only partly used, there will be no refund for the remaining classes or days.

HEALTH & SAFETY

The Postcon courses include long sitting hours and some light physical exercise. Working hours are normally from 10am to 6pm, but, eventually, can run for longer periods.

  • Requires constant medication
This will prepare Postcon for any eventual need for assistance. The above information is private and confidential and will not be disclosed to other Students or any parties outside Postcon except in medical emergencies to the relevant medical authorities or professionals.

Failure to notify Postcon of any such conditions will be considered a breech of the present T&C and will constitute ground for immediate termination without any refund, of any programme provided by Postcon to said student.

Smoking is forbidden in Postcon premises except on designated areas.

LIABILITY

Postcon reserves the right to make alterations at any time to its academic material, programme structure and contents, timetables and course descriptions, course pricing, website content and/or premises.
